What Does this Angiography Result Mean?

Hi Im 31 years old, female. 4months pregnant-twins I underwent Coronary Angiography last week and here s the result.. Can anybody help me in explaining it further.. What is the best thing to do with my situation..? How much is the risk for meand the baby..Thanks. complaint: pain in jaw, chestpain, lightheadedness, difficulty in breathing Coronary Angiography Report Diagnosis: coronary artery disease with significant stenosis Impression: Double Vessel Disease LAD: Mid LAD has 80% discrete concentric stenosis. Ostial D1 has 99% discrete concentric stenosis LCx: LCx is diffusely diseased with total occlusion after OM2. OM2 is diffusely diseased with maximum 90% stenosis. Recommendations: Two Options: (1) PCI-coronary stenting (2)CABG- open heart surgery The patient may need more than 3 stents, also considering the fact that she has diffuse narrowed artery, CABG may be better option.

hi. how long you had such complains?
your history shows that you had some chest pain and for that coromary angiography were made.
coronary angiography is the procedure to visiulize patency of heart vessels that supplies blood to heart.
in your condition some of the vessel are shown as blocked up to 80-90% for that there is suggestion of angioplasty with sent (a small tube to make and to keep vessel patent) or bypass surgery that
new vessel are attached to bypass the blockage)

now remember ,angiography are not 100% specific or sensitive.you also require further cardiac workup
Eco cardiogram for seeing functioning of heart,ECGetc. blood test to know lipid profile and cardic marker etc.
some times , when there is blockage of a vessel ,naturally colleterals develops that may help in blood supply of affected part.
